Ascendia provides residential, commercial, Airbnb turnover, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and specialty cleaning services throughout Israel.
By booking a service with Ascendia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on information provided by the client.
Quotes may be adjusted if:

The property's condition differs significantly from what was described.

Additional services are requested.

The size of the property was inaccurately represented.

Unexpected conditions are discovered upon arrival.

Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are valid for 14 days.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Ascendia.
Ascendia reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the scheduled service time.
If our team is unable to access the property:

Delays may occur.

Additional charges may apply.

The appointment may be cancelled and subject to cancellation fees.
Client Responsibilities
Before service, clients should:

Remove valuable items, cash, jewelry, and sensitive documents.

Secure pets appropriately.

Inform Ascendia of any hazards, damage, or special instructions.

Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are functioning.
Ascendia is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our team.
Cleaning Results
While we strive to achieve the highest standards, certain conditions may not be fully removable, including:

Permanent staining

Rust damage

Paint damage

Mold beneath surfaces

Wear and tear

Structural defects
-
Long-term discoloration
Cleaning does not guarantee restoration of damaged materials.
